         This Public Hearing is scheduled to consider a request for to amend the Gadsden County Land Development Code by amending Chapter 2, Definitions and Interpretations, Chapter 5, Development Standards, Section 5700 Signs, amending subsection 5705, Billboard Prohibition, to permit and regulate the placement, height, number, size and location and other design standards for billboards in the county. -- Growth Management Department, Applicant

 

17.    PUBLIC HEARING – Administrative Land Development Code Amendment – Chapter 5, Subsection 5400, Land Development Code – Natural Resource Protection Standards – LDR-2006-03 

 

         This Public Hearing is scheduled to consider a request for to amend the Gadsden County Land Development Code by amending Chapter 5, Development Standards, Section 5400, Natural Resource Protection Standards and Subsections 5401-5405, repealing existing landscape and vegetation preservation standards and adopting new standards for the preservation and design and construction of landscape improvements within the county.– Growth Management Department Applicant (Planning Commission) (County Commission)
