PUBLIC HEARING -- Preliminary Plat Review -- Blueberry Hill Subdivision -- SD-2005-15 This Public Hearing is called to consider a request for preliminary plat approval for a 47 unit single family subdivision on a 50.42 acre parcel in the Rural Residential land use category, located on the east side of US 27 (Georgia-Florida Parkway), south of Glades Road approximately two miles north of Havana.–Visconti Family Limited Partnership, Owner; Linderand, Inc., Applicant (Planning Commission 8-10-06)(County Commission 9-5-06) 6. PUBLIC HEARING -- Conceptual/Preliminary Site Plan -- Cooks Landing Fire Station -- SP-2006-01 This Public Hearing is called to consider a request for a special exception use and conceptual/preliminary site plan approval for the proposed Cooks Landing Fire Station on a 2.05 acre parcel in the Rural Residential land use category located on the east side of Cooks Landing Road and west side of Davidson Drive–Wetumpka Volunteer Fire Department, Owner/ Applicant (Planning Commission 7-13-06)(County Commission 9-05-06) This Public Hearing is called to consider a request for Final Plat approval for Susan’s Place subdivision a re-plat of a single 6.18 acre lot of the Waha Minor Subdivision in the Rural Residential land use category located east of Cooks Landing Road and north of Yates Street.— Scott and Susan Brown , Owners/ Applicants (Planning Commission 8-10-06)(County Commission 9-05-06) 8. PUBLIC HEARING -- Discussion Item -- Immediate Family Exemption Process This item is scheduled for discussion and public input concerning the existing immediate family exemption subdivision process and to determine whether changes are needed to the Land Development Code to accommodate family subdivision of property for eligible immediate family members. 9. PUBLIC HEARING --Visioning Report Presentation and Discussion This item is scheduled to present the findings of the recent Visioning exercise and workshops held in the county and to discuss the findings of the report. PUBLIC HEARING -- Administrative Land Development Code Amendment -- Chapter 5, Section 5700 Signs, Subsection 5705, Billboard Prohibition --Land Development Code -- LDR-2006-04 This Public Hearing is scheduled to consider a request for to amend the Gadsden County Land Development Code by amending Chapter 2, Definitions and Interpretations, Chapter 5, Development Standards, Section 5700 Signs, amending subsection 5705, Billboard Prohibition, to permit and regulate the placement, height, number, size and location and other design standards for billboards in the county. -- Growth Management Department, Applicant (Planning Commission) ( 11.
