This Public Hearing is called to consider a request for a Final Plat approval for Magnolia Forest Phases II and IV consisting of 81± acres in the Rural Residential (RR) land use category located on the north side of US 90 southeast of Selman Road and east of the Joyland Subdivision. - 8. PUBLIC HEARING – Comprehensive Plan Amendment – Future Land Use Map Amendments – CPA-2006-16AD (M) and (U) (Large Scale Map Amendment)
This Public Hearing is scheduled to consider an administrative request to amend the Gadsden County Comprehensive Plan, Future Land Use Map by changing the land use designation on 61 lots, consisting of approximately 34 acres, located in the western portion of the Ochlockonee Estates subdivision from the Commercial (COMM) land use category and the Agriculture 3 (AG-3) land use category to the Rural Residential (RR) land use category in order to correct errors, to assign the actual land use to a property as it is used, and to change the land use on 39 acres comprising portions of two parcels from the Rural Residential(RR) land use category to the Agriculture-3 (AG-3) land use category located west of CR 269 and south of Dolan Road at the terminus of Graceland Road in western Gadsden County in order to change the map as a result of map errors made upon conversion of the original land use data to the existing map.
